South covered facing terrace with a magnificent view of the perched village of Flayosc with its fortified bell tower (11th century). Set in 7500 m2 with many pine, oak and an olive grove.

There is a private swimming pool (4 x 8m) and a pool shower in front of the house. The pool area is completely fenced in. There is a newly built car port for one car.
