There is an above-ground pool (8 x 5m) which the owner may use when it is very hot ! It has detachable exterior steps which make it safe for small children. There is also a barbecue area with plenty of shade to relax in.
The property stands in 6,000 m2 of secluded wooded land and is five minutes’ drive East of Draguignan, on the Route de Grasse (the perfume capital). There are many neighbouring villages set amongst vineyards and olive groves that produce local wines and olive oil.
25km from the beaches of the Rivera, about 35 minutes from Saint Tropez and Cannes. The foothills of the Alpes and the world famous Gorges du Verdon are about 40 minutes away. Alternative access is by the airport in Toulon (Hyères) 40 mins or Marseille 1.5 hours.
Available from July to mid September. Changeover days are Saturday.
