In easy reach of local amenities, an ideal location not only to visit the popular resorts of Nice, Antibes, Cannes, St Tropez and Monaco but also many of the typically French villages not featured in your average guidebook. On a very clear day you can even see the Mediterranean Sea.

It is a single level villa with Master bedroom, renovated kitchen with new appliances, spacious sitting room with fireplace, dining room, all with French doors leading to a large south facing terrace. A private pool, 8 x 4m, a few steps below.

There is a second bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with twin beds. The Master bedroom and the second bedroom share a shower room with WC, which has recently been entirely redecorated.
The third bedroom has an en suite shower room with WC. A separate WC by the main entrance.

Available all year round.  Changeover day is negotiable.
